William S. "Bill" Henderson, 67 of Omaha, Nebraska, formerly of Middletown, passed away on Monday, February 29, 2016. William was a graduate of Middletown Township High School and the University of Tennessee Knoxville. He had a 40 year railroad career, working for the Central Railroad of New Jersey, the Norfolk Western, the Kansas City Southern/Louisiana Arkansas, the Missouri Pacific and the Union Pacific. William served as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Transportation Corps in Ft. Eustis, VA and Saigon, RVN.

William was predeceased by his parents Everett G. and Mary Elizabeth Henderson. He is survived by his brother Richard E. of Philadelphia, PA and several cousins.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday, March 12th at 10:30 a.m. at Fair View Cemetery, Middletown, NJ. The Thompson Memorial Home, Red Bank is entrusted with the arrangements.
