Marcia Mann, whose radiant spirit touched the hearts of all who knew her, passed away at the age of 69 on October 18, 2026. Born in Bath, NY, Marcia was the beloved daughter of George Mann and Marjorie Harrick Mann. She was predeceased by her cherished parents, her sisters Pat and Joan, and her brothers Mike and Larry. Marcia's legacy of love and compassion will forever be carried on by her devoted daughters Caroline (Mike), Allison (James), and Catherine, her adored grandson, Hank and her special kitties, Toby and Louie.

Marcia's life was a testament to her belief in service and equality. A proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University, she later pursued her master's degrees at NYU and Columbia University, where she cultivated her passion for helping others. Her career was marked by her unwavering dedication to development work at Planned Parenthood and Covenant House, where her passionate desire to help those in need inspired many.

Marcia was a woman of warmth and generosity. She loved long, beautiful days at the beach, watching the sunset with a bloody mary, and cheering on her Penn State Nittany Lions ("We are!"). Her greatest joy, however, was the time she spent with her daughters and her many friends, who were blessed by her warmth and carefree spirit.
