Lisa Marie McNelis

Lisa Marie McNelis, 60, of Keansburg, New Jersey, passed away on October 7, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family and friends.

Lisa was a remarkable woman whose kindness, strength, laughter, and unconditional love touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a heart of gold, a beautiful spirit, and an extraordinary ability to make those around her feel loved, welcomed, and appreciated.

Above all else, Lisa’s greatest joy in life was her family. She was a devoted and loving mother to her two children, Kimberly (Danny) and Kevin (Jen), who were her pride and joy. Her love for them knew no limits, and she dedicated her life to making sure they always felt supported, encouraged, and deeply loved.

Lisa shared 21 wonderful years with her loving fiancé, Mike. Together, they built a life filled with love, companionship, laughter, and countless cherished memories. Their bond was a testament to the beautiful relationship they shared and the life they created together.

One of life’s greatest blessings was knowing that her family would soon welcome a new generation, with her first grandchild on the way. Although she will not be here to hold that precious little one in her arms, her love and legacy will live on through the stories, memories, and traditions passed down for generations to come.

Lisa was the beloved daughter of John and Alice Colucci. She is survived by her loving siblings, Sharon, Brad, and Alice, along with her many cherished nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, John.

Those who knew Lisa will remember her for her infectious personality, her warm smile, her sense of humor, and the way she could brighten even the darkest days. She loved life’s simple pleasures, spending time with the people she loved, creating memories, sharing laughter, and making every moment count.

Lisa was the kind of person who would do anything for the people she cared about. She was compassionate, selfless, strong, and endlessly giving. Whether offering a listening ear, a comforting hug, or a few words of encouragement, she had a way of making everyone around her feel special.

Throughout life’s challenges, Lisa demonstrated incredible courage and strength. She faced adversity with determination, surrounded by the unwavering love of her family and those closest to her. Even during the most difficult moments, the love she had for her family remained at the center of everything.

While her passing leaves an immeasurable emptiness in the hearts of those who loved her, the memories she created and the love she gave will remain forever. Lisa’s life was not measured by the years she lived, but by the countless lives she touched, the love she shared, and the beautiful family she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed, endlessly loved, and forever remembered.

Visitation will be on Thursday, October 15, 2026, from 4 to 7 pm, at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ. All other services are private. Floral arrangements may be sent to the funeral home or donations may be made in memory of Lisa to the American Cancer Society, https://donate.cancer.org.

Forever in our hearts. Forever a mother, a partner, a sister, an aunt and a friend. Forever loved.
