Lisa Marascio, age 69 of Little Silver, NJ, died on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024. After graduating from RBC, she attended The American College in Lucerne, Switzerland and The Fashion Institute of Technology, NYC, where she won The Critic's Award for Sportswear and earned an Associates of Applied Science - Fashion Apparel Design. A trailblazer in fashion design, she went on to work as a designer for Sak's Fifth Avenue's Private Label and Product Development for Merona Oxford Industries.
She married the love of her life, John Venere, moved to upstate New York and enjoyed a life full of laughter, joy and A LOT of antiques and collectibles!!
Lisa was predeceased by her parents, Emily and Victor Marascio; her sister, Lynda Heffernan; and her husband John Venere. She is survived by her sister, Sandy Post.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. James RC Church, 94 Broad St, Red Bank, NJ, on April 3,2024 at 11 am.
