Due to the COVID pandemic, a celebration of life will be held with his family and friends at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to RFH Marching Bulldogs-Shannon Gilvary Memorial or NJ Friends of Clearwater Thompson Memorial Home of Red Bank, NJ has been entrusted with the arrangements.



Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Thursday, January 28th at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross Church, 30 Ward Avenue, Rumson, NJ.


The family asks that anyone wishing to acknowledge or give a gift in Margot’s honor to please send in support of SPUR at The Sunnyside Equestrian Center, 628 Middletown-Lincroft Rd, Lincroft, NJ 07738.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, 1/25/21 at 11:30 a.m. at St. James RC Church, 94 Broad St., Red Bank, NJ.   For those who cannot attend, the Mass can be viewed via livestream at  

In lieu of flowers a donation in her name would be appreciated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 


Services are private and under the direction of Thompson Memorial Home.




Due to the ongoing pandemic, a service in his memory will not be held at this time.  A celebration of his life will be scheduled at a time where family and friends can travel and attend safely.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: The ARC of Monmouth, Development Department, 1158 Wayside Rd, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712 or Seabrook Village Resident Care Fund, 3000 Essex Road, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753. 


Due to the pandemic, a private graveside service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the All Saints' Memorial Church National Landmark Trust, PO Box 326, Navesink, NJ 07752. 


There will be a Memorial Gathering on Saturday, January 23 from 9:30 to 11:30, with prayers at 11:30 at Thompson Memorial Home, 310 Broad St, Red Bank. In keeping with the current state mandates regarding COVID-19, face coverings must be worn by all visitors before entering the funeral home and visitors are also asked to observe social distancing.  Visitors are asked to greet the family and then exit the funeral home so that others may also visit due to the limited, allowable capacity. Interment of cremated remains to follow at Woodbine Cemetery in Oceanport.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.


Interment will be private.

A private memorial service will be held for immediate family only.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wounded Warriors and St. Jude. 


A celebration of his life will take place in the summer of 2021.
